Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage when reaching out.

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return it to us for a refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 10 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

 

How to Request a Return

2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

3. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per our policy.
